About Me
My life has been shaped by service, resilience, and transformation. As an Air Force public health veteran, former Volunteer Victim Advocate, military spouse, mother, and coach, I understand how life’s unexpected challenges can impact our identity, confidence, and sense of purpose.
Personal experiences with military life, PTSD, traumatic brain injury, caregiving, and major life transitions have strengthened my belief that growth and renewal remain possible, even during difficult seasons.
I became a coach because I believe no one should have to navigate those seasons alone. I am passionate about helping people gain clarity, reconnect with their strengths, and move forward with confidence, purpose, and hope.
Coaching Experience
I work with individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, caregiving responsibilities, leadership opportunities, career decisions, and personal reinvention. Grounded in ICF coaching principles and executive coaching practices, I help clients gain clarity, build confidence, align decisions with their values, and take meaningful action toward what’s next.
Consider including:
- Populations served: I work with people who are facing important decisions, new opportunities, or periods of significant growth and transition.
- Types of coaching: Entrepreneurial coaching, Career coaching, Leadership coaching, Transition coaching, Exit coaching, Personal development coaching
- Signature programs or coaching modalities you use: My coaching is grounded in ICF coaching principles and executive coaching practices learned through the Center for Executive Coaching. I have primarily used goal-setting frameworks, accountability coaching, Strengths | Interests | Values Assessments and/or questioning, and transformational coaching approach.

My Coaching Philosophy
My approach is informed by my Christian faith and a belief that hope, purpose, and renewal are possible even in life’s most difficult seasons. I believe people are capable of growth, adaptation, and meaningful change, even when facing adversity or major transitions.
I am inspired by the idea that success is not determined by being the strongest or smartest, but by our ability to adapt, learn, and move forward when circumstances change.
As a coach, I create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can gain clarity, reconnect with their resilience and purpose, and move forward with confidence. Transformation is not about becoming someone else—it is about reconnecting with who you are and embracing who you are becoming.

Let’s Connect
I’m inclined to believe people thrive not because they are the strongest or smartest, but because they learn to adapt, grow, and move forward through change. (inspired by Charles Darwin and Leon C. Megginson)
Life can change in an instant. A diagnosis, caregiving role, loss, or unexpected transition can leave you wondering what comes next.
If you’re facing a difficult season and looking for clarity, support, and a path forward, I’d be honored to walk alongside you—and help you keep going, one step at a time.
