About Me

My name is Sarah G. Rocha. I am an RN with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I have been a Nurse for over 2 decades. My specialty is working with Active-Duty Military, Dependents and Veterans. I am also a proud Army Brat. I have served as an Air Force Contract Nurse, and an Army Civilian during OIF/OEF. I have been blessed to serve as an Army Civilian at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl Germany from 2011-2013. I am also a Born to Coach, ICF certified Life Coach. I just completed my Life Coach program in April of this year. I decided to become a life coach when I knew there was a major shift in my marriage. Knowing that I could potentially be a.  single parent made me want to work hard and focus more on myself care, prioritizing my Whole Health, and truly focusing on what matters the most to me.

  • I am a Texas girl, and I love living in a diverse and multicultural Military friendly City.
  • I am a Life Coach because I want to be able to support, encourage, and serve.
  • My husband was hospitalized in 2020 with COVID-19. This changed a lot for us after 15 years of marriage. There was a huge shift in our relationship. My husband seemed disconnected and depressed. His lack of drive and motivation really took its toll on me until I learned to shift my focus and perception about the situation. Through much self-help and joining Born to Coach I was able to grow to see the good in this unpleasant situation. I am proud to say I have been able to continue my self-help journey despite my marriage difficulties. I am a mother of 4 and want to continue to focus on my well being and my children’s best interests.

Coaching Experience

My Coaching Philosophy

  • I want to follow the members lead while providing compassion, and support during this process of collaboration.

  • Transformation to me looks like having a member feel more optimistic, rested, and balanced after each supportive coaching session.
