Mei Li Brown (first name pronounced “May Lee”), She/Her/Hers

Growing up, I was always the one asking, “But what if?” I had relentless curiosity that drove me to seek deeper meaning and never settle for surface-level answers. Alongside that curiosity, I struggled with questions of identity, belonging, and purpose, especially as an adoptee from China growing up in a small Midwestern town. I followed what I thought was the “right” path: attending a good college, advancing in my career, and earning a stable income. But deep down, I knew something was missing. I felt unfulfilled and disconnected from my true self.

These feelings became impossible to ignore, and in 2023, the floodgates opened when I went through my spiritual awakening. I became naturally drawn to explore things like tarot, human design, the Akashic Records, QHHT, numerology, and animal communication. However, it was astrology and life coaching that brought everything together.

Through astrology, I gained profound insights into myself. Everything clicked as I began to understand the challenges I faced, and in turn, I felt more seen and validated in my innate gifts. Through coaching, I found a supportive community where I could process my emotions, feel heard, and be lovingly challenged to step outside my comfort zone. I faced deep-rooted fears and healed wounds I once felt too ashamed to confront –things I’m still working through every day.

This journey of self-discovery and healing brought me back to life, revealing my calling and desire to help others navigate their own transformations, find clarity, and align with their unique life purpose.

Coaching Experience

I specialize in coaching individuals who feel stuck, lost, or disconnected from their sense of purpose. This often happens during times of transition, burnout, or personal growth. Whether you’re questioning what’s next in your life, craving deeper meaning, or ready to let go of what no longer serves you, I’ll partner with you to uncover the root of what’s getting in the way.

My coaching is deeply reflective and insight-driven, grounded in PCC-level training that introduces powerful “who” questions to guide deep transformation. I integrate traditional coaching with intuitive modalities like astrology and guided self-inquiry to help you reconnect with your inner self and see yourself in a new light.

Clients I’ve worked with have walked away with a clearer understanding of their strengths, more confidence in making aligned decisions, renewed motivation to pursue passions, and a deeper sense of self-trust. This work is about more than just setting goals; it’s about shifting the way you see yourself so that lasting change becomes possible.
