About Me

I didn’t choose coaching because I had it all figured out. I chose it because I know what it’s like to hit a breaking point—and still feel the quiet pull that something more is possible. After leaving an abusive marriage and starting over as a single mom of three, everything I thought I believed in got shaken up. I had to rebuild from the ground up—my sense of self, my faith, my voice, my future. That journey cracked me open in ways I never expected, and it taught me how powerful it is to stop playing small and finally trust yourself.

I coach because I believe in that moment—the one where you realize that even in the hardest seasons, you still get to choose how you move forward. You’re allowed to change your mind. To shift gears. To find yourself again, even after everything has changed. My work blends intuition, emotional clarity, and grounded soul work to help people reconnect with who they are now—not just who they’ve been expected to be. This isn’t about fixing or pushing through. It’s about honoring what you’ve carried, reclaiming your power, and finding a path that feels more like home—even in the middle of uncertainty.

Coaching Experience

I work with men and women who are facing some of the hardest chapters of their lives —especially those who’ve spent years showing up strong for everyone else. My coaching is designed for people who are ready to pause, breathe, and reconnect with who they are underneath all the roles, responsibilities, and expectations. For military personnel and their loved ones navigating cancer, the weight can be overwhelming —not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. That’s where I come in.

Using a soul-centered approach, I help clients process what they’re carrying, find clarity in the chaos, and reconnect with their inner strength and intuition. I’ve supported people through major life transitions, burnout, loss of identity, and the emotional toll of chronic stress. My L.I.G.H.T. Path framework offers a compassionate, structured process that meets each person where they are —and helps them move forward in a way that feels grounded, supported, and real.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe you are the expert of your own life. My job isn’t to fix you or hand you a one-size-fits-all solution—it’s to walk beside you as you find your way forward. I approach coaching as a partnership rooted in trust, honesty, and deep respect. I show up fully—real, present, and ready to hold space for the hard stuff, while also helping you reconnect with your strength, clarity, and inner knowing.

My style is intuitive, grounded, and direct—with a lot of heart. I bring in tools like guided reflection, emotional processing, nervous system support, and sometimes even humor, because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Whether we’re navigating grief, identity shifts, or the overwhelm that comes from simply surviving, I meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels true to you. You don’t need to do it alone—and you don’t need to have it all figured out to take the next step.

Certifications & Credentials

I’m a certified life coach trained through an ICF-accredited program, with additional training in intuitive development, nervous system support, and mindset work. I also bring a background in herbalism, using plant-based support as a gentle, grounded complement to emotional and energetic healing when aligned with a client’s needs.

Before stepping into coaching full-time, I spent over a decade leading workshops, teaching, and guiding others through personal growth experiences. My work is shaped by real-life experience, deep listening, and a commitment to helping people reconnect with their clarity, resilience, and self-trust. I show up with honesty, presence, and a lot of heart.

Let’s Connect

If you’re feeling the pull—follow it. You don’t need to have it all together to start. You just need to be done carrying it all alone. Coaching with me isn’t surface-level pep talks—it’s deep, honest work that clears the noise and gets you back to you. No pretending. No fixing. Just powerful clarity, grounded support, and space to breathe.

You were never meant to just survive the hard things—you deserve support that helps you feel like you again.
