About Me
I spent over two decades as a Naval Officer—leading flight operations, managing high-stakes evaluations, and mentoring the next generation of warriors. But nothing prepared me for the moment I was diagnosed with cancer. That chapter reshaped everything. As I faced the fight of my life, I found healing not only through treatment, but by aligning my life with purpose, presence, and connection. That’s when I knew: survival wasn’t the end of the story—it was the beginning of a new mission.
Coaching found me in that space between survival and significance. Today, I help others—especially those impacted by cancer or high-stress careers—navigate transformation with clarity, strength, and intention. I believe deeply in the power of the human spirit to rise, rebuild, and thrive. Through the KFG Project, I’m honored to serve as a guide for others who are ready to reconnect with what truly matters.
Coaching Experience
I work with individuals navigating cancer, high-pressure leadership, and major life transitions. My clients include military veterans, emergency responders, and young adults facing unexpected health challenges. Whether in one-on-one coaching or in group retreat settings, I create space for people to reclaim their voice, rediscover their strength, and step into what’s next—on their own terms.
My coaching combines life design principles, values-based decision-making, and presence-driven practices. Clients have gained peace in the midst of uncertainty, taken bold steps toward purpose-aligned work, and rebuilt confidence after life-altering diagnoses. I also train and mentor new coaches as part of the KFG Project’s vision for empowering future leaders and healers.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe every person holds wisdom, even in the deepest pain. As a coach, I partner with clients to reconnect them with that inner knowing. I hold a calm, courageous space where people feel safe to tell the truth, explore new possibilities, and design lives of intention and impact.
My coaching is grounded in presence, compassion, and fierce belief in human potential. Transformation, to me, means living fully—even when life doesn’t look like we expected. It means showing up whole, finding meaning in the mess, and creating from a place of purpose and possibility.

“In the end, enjoying life’s experiences is the only rational thing to do. You’re sitting on a planet spinning around in the middle of absolutely nowhere. You’re floating in empty space in a universe that goes on forever. If you’re going to be here, be happy and enjoy the experience.” – Michael Singer
